Leasing - Tenant Representative
Commercial Brokers International leasing specialists assist prospective tenants with the assessment of their requirements including current as well as future needs in order to formulate an ideal solution and space plan, with an emphasis in finding the perfect location. The specialist will know the market that each client is looking in and through their past experiences will have relationships with other brokers within these markets, creating a pleasant and professional experience. CBI will have referrals to secondary service providers (attorneys, movers, phone installers, cabling/data providers, etc…) to assure a smooth transition and move.

Leasing - Landlord Representative
Commercial Brokers International leasing specialists will assist with the Landlord of a building to maximize the return on their investment. The specialist will conduct an in depth analysis of the property to determine its highest and best use, then advise the Landlord of the current market rates and terms for comparable properties, as well as make recommendations as to how they might make the property more attractive to potential tenants. The specialist will then work with the Landlord and other team members to negotiate an acceptable lease for the Landlord, with the best possible tenant and assist in drafting a commercial lease.
