Sohvi Rodriguez’s interest in commercial real estate emerged from her family’s involvement in the food service industry for the past 20 years. Sohvi is a partial owner of her parents’ restaurant and has 5 years of experience in the restaurant management business. Her interest in commercial real estate grew during her time as a restaurateur. 

She has both commercial and residential experience as well as international knowledge of commercial real estate from her previous stint working and living in Central London. Sohvi worked primarily in the Camden, Kensington and Notting Hill neighborhoods of London. During her time in the UK capital, she specialized in property search and analysis/feasibility studies of commercial properties.

Born and raised in Nicaragua, Sohvi is proficient in Spanish and semi-fluent in German. Having volunteered at the El Centro Regional Medical Center during her years in high school, Sohvi remains an active member in her community translating into loyalty and her clients’ best interest at heart.
