Monique Lacey has an extensive and diverse background in commercial real estate, with comprehensive experience across leasing, sales, and property management. She represents companies across a wide range of industry sectors and brings a deep, practical understanding of the business to every assignment.
Prior to joining Commercial Brokers International, Ms. Lacey spent thirty years as a Senior Vice President with the tenant representation firm Bailes and Associates, Inc. Before that, she was with Knight Frank Faulkner Baillieu, an international real estate brokerage firm based in downtown Los Angeles. Earlier in her career, she worked with Los Angeles Realty Services, Inc. in Beverly Hills, representing both landlords and tenants. Throughout her career, Ms. Lacey has consistently been a top producer.
Ms. Lacey began her real estate career in property management with Cabot, Cabot and Forbes at The International Jewelry Center and then with Maguire Thomas Partners, where she managed the three million square foot Wells Fargo Center in downtown Los Angeles.
Ms. Lacey resides in Playa del Rey with her husband and has two grown children. She enjoys boating, the beach, and the mountains, and values quiet time. She has chaired multiple charitable fundraisers and has helped raise hundreds of thousands of dollars for worthy causes.
