Ral Ndubaku joined the CBI team in 2008 and has over 15 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate focusing on investment sales and leasing. Prior to joining Commercial Brokers International, Ral was part of a boutique commercial brokerage firm that focused primarily on international commercial real estate investments.

 Ral has an extensive office, retail, and industrial leasing experience but has a passion for multifamily investment sales. He has helped various clients expand their investment portfolios as well as working with them to reposition and/or exchange into other investment opportunities to increase their returns. Ral also brings his experience as an active owner/manager of Southern California apartments. His exceptional negotiating skills have helped both buyers and sellers to close various sales, at better than expected terms.   His passions lie in enabling clients to leverage his knowledge, business acumen, commitment to excellence, and experience to reach their financial goals.

Ral graduated from the University of California, San Diego with a Bachelor of Science and earned an MBA from Pepperdine University with an emphasis in finance.
