We service every asset class from office, retail, industrial, investment sales, to multifamily. While our headquarters are in West LA, our geographical reach extends from the Conejo Valley to Orange County, and from the Westside to the San Gabriel Valley. Our agents don’t simply work here, they live & participate in these communities.

In many ways, CBI operates differently from many commercial brokerage companies. One of them is its incentive program. The following list is just 5 benefits/incentives that it offers to every agent:

1. Commission splits

We understand the value of our agents, and offer aggressive commission splits, based upon gross commission you generate. Splits do not roll back every year. As a hard-working agent, you should not be penalized should a closing take place on January 1, and not on December 31.

2. Profit sharing

As a member of our brokerage firm, you will be entitled to receive dividends from our profit sharing program. Many companies offer profit sharing programs that payout only for as long as the agent is with the firm, in effect acting as golden handcuffs. We believe that a profit sharing plan should remain with the agent once they have vested, and should not be taken away just because they experience a change in their associate status. 

3. Continuing education

Classes and tutorials are great ways to stimulate agent growth. Commercial Brokers International offers continuing education so that an agent can learn and become proficient in all aspects of real estate, such as classes on understanding the required paperwork, CoStar tutorials, marketing, how to create value for their clients’ properties, and how to increase their business. In addition to regular classes from our CEO, CBI allows agents the opportunity to teach what they know about commercial real estate to their colleagues. 4. Support & technology

Commercial Brokers International supports its agents to succeed and grow and offers support to the agent to accomplish those goals.
