The New Year is so inspiring. The holiday season gave us time to re-energize, charge up our batteries and set those benchmarks for 2018!

At Commercial Brokers International we’re excited for 2018 as well. CBI is comprised of a tight knit team. It’s an agency whose team members support one another, making Commercial Brokers International an environment of growth for everyone.

What is on the horizon for Commercial Brokers International this year? We’re well on our way to being a market leader thanks in part to our team, and the diversification they bring to the table.

As a company, our forte, is empowering our agents with the tools they need to perform at the highest level possible. We believe in promoting and showcasing them throughout the LA market via social networks, email marketing, and community development programs, which in turn creates higher revenue for everyone.

Our philosophy at Commercial Brokers International is to treat our agents, as we would want to be treated -supported, fairly and equitably. ie:  If you reach a higher split during the year, we don’t roll back your commission in the coming year. 

Another exciting development for 2018 is our Capital Markets division. We are in the process of turning Commercial Broker Int. into an Investment & Brokerage Firm, in an attempt to further our offerings with quality investments for our clients.  

All agents will have an opportunity to participate in different levels of this program, from bringing in investors to actively investing themselves.
