"Art in the Garden" Client Appreciation Event Recap
We held our annual client appreciation event for our clients in commercial real estate Los Angeles
Commercial Brokers International (CBI) held its exclusive “Art in the Garden” client appreciation event on Saturday, September 27th, in the tranquil garden courtyard of the iconic Landmark Building in Brentwood, Los Angeles. Designed as a celebration of trust, partnership, and community, the event brought together clients, colleagues, and friends to thank them for their continued support of CBI’s mission in commercial real estate.
The evening featured live performances provided by the talented artists of the Hollywood Vocal Foundation, creating an unforgettable musical backdrop for the night’s festivities.

The event featured an incredible lineup of artists whose work brought the garden to life. Kelsey Napier captivated guests with her vibrant, emotive paintings, while Jeff Langois stunned with his striking, detail-rich photography. Jeremy Dahnke showcased his imaginative multimedia pieces, blending creativity and innovation, and Martin De Winter impressed with his bold, futuristic metal sculptures. J.C. Gabel highlighted his independent publishing projects, offering a unique perspective on storytelling and print culture, while Kevin Cho added a coastal touch with his distinctive surfboard paintings, transforming functional boards into stunning works of art.
Special thanks go to Adreana Gonzalez and Kelsey Napier, whose creativity and leadership brought the vision of “Art in the Garden” to life.
